I had a great time at the hotel, especially enjoying the amazing snorkeling and the warm welcome we received. The rooms were comfortable and well air-conditioned, which was perfect given the heat. The dining experience was mostly good, although I did get an upset stomach from the pool water. Overall, the location was beautiful and the value for money was excellent, but there were a few service hiccups.
